Ask yourself, “What adds value to my life?” For me, this meant learning to say "no" to things that didn’t align with my goals or values. When you focus on what matters—like quality time with your kids, nurturing your passions, or simply taking care of yourself—it becomes easier to let go of the unnecessary. 2. Build Small, Meaningful Routines Routines don’t have to be rigid or overwhelming. In fact, the small, intentional ones can make the biggest difference. For example, starting my mornings with a cup of tea, a healthy breakfast, or a quick gratitude journal has been a game changer. It’s a moment to center myself before the chaos of the day begins.
